Coyra

Support For Conflicts & Legal Proceedings

Conflict is rarely just about the facts — it’s also about how it feels.

Coyra provides strategic consultancy to help businesses embed sustainable, trauma-informed policies and practices that foster trust, resilience and long-term growth. We work closely with leaders, HR teams and decision-makers to assess current systems, identify areas for improvement, and co-design practical, values-aligned solutions. Whether you’re at the beginning of your journey or looking to deepen existing efforts, our consultancy meets you where you are — with clarity, compassion and expertise.

Who Can Benefit?

Most (if not all) conflicts involve a large relational element. For those impacted, conflicts may evoke historic emotions, behavioural patterns and beliefs that can muddy the waters in respect of the present dispute. Rebecca’s coaching support is suitable for anyone directly or indirectly impacted by a conflict or dispute, whether or not in the context of a formal process.

If you’re a business/team leader and looking for wider support across your workplace.
Individuals impacted by legal proceedings, workplace disputes or investigations

Legal processes and disputes can be intimidating, particularly when they intersect with pre-existing stress, trauma or personal vulnerabilities. Coaching support provides a structured, compassionate space to help you regulate your emotions, acknowledge your experiences and feel better equipped to navigate the process, whether before, during or after the proceedings.

Speaking in legal or investigative settings can be overwhelming. Whether you’re anxious about giving evidence, struggling with the subject matter or dealing with personal stressors that make the process more difficult, coaching provides a safe, confidential space to explore and manage these concerns to minimise their impact on you, those around you and the proceedings themselves. After testifying, it can be particularly important to be given support to be able to move past the experience.

HR professionals, investigators, decision-makers and lawyers often experience the strain of handling sensitive or high-stakes proceedings. Often, these professionals experience vicarious trauma, as a result of being exposed to the distress of their clients. Coaching offers an outlet, helps build resilience and ensures you have the emotional resources to manage complex workplace or legal dynamics effectively and sustainably.

Why Coaching?

Legal proceedings and investigations don’t just require technical expertise—they demand an awareness of the human impact.

Providing appropriate support is key to mitigating wellbeing and organisational risks, as well as contributing to the wider integrity of the legal/investigatory process.

The coaching offering is relational, facilitative and based on empowering and resourcing the individual. It provides a safe space within which an individual can explore their own concerns, increase their self-awareness and build their resilience.

Trauma responses are particularly complex and can be intrusive and overwhelming in their presentation, disrupting our ability to access our best evidence.

Rebecca’s particular focus is supporting individuals to navigate symptoms of trauma and stress in order to minimise their impact on the legal process, facilitating greater clarity, engagement and autonomy.

The Business Case for Employers

With employees facing record-high stress levels, organisations must provide appropriate wellbeing support—especially when legal and HR processes involve sensitive subject matter. Regulators are increasingly focused on psychological safety, making it more important than ever for businesses to integrate trauma-informed practices.

Coaching can play a crucial role in mitigating legal risks, reducing workplace disputes and fostering a culture of resilience and inclusion.
